Since 2021, Fun Functional Fitness has helped hundreds of clients succeed in achieving various mental and physical health fitness goals. With over twenty years of combined experience in mental health care and personal training, Fun Functional Fitness offers high quality professional support.
Through our work and own experience, we have seen how exercise can change people’s lives and improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing. There is nothing more important than our health, and exercise is one of the most simple, yet powerful ways to take care of ourselves. Research has shown that regular exercise can:

Our 1:1 personal training sessions involve an initial consultation and assessment so that we can identify your specific needs and establish the best way to support you. We then work with you to develop a bespoke training programme that helps you to meet your mental and physical wellbeing goals. In doing so, we support you to identify more positive and active ways of managing your health. We incorporate mindfulness and behavioural activation to help you stay focused and motivated during your training, and are dedicated to helping you maintain your goals for life. 
Our social wellbeing is closely linked to our mental and physical health, and we recognise the significance in connecting and engaging with others. Our group or family training is the perfect way to become more fit and healthy whilst sharing an activity with family or friends. These sessions naturally help us to build stronger and closer relationships, which in turn improves our mental and physical wellbeing. Each session is packed full of games and challenges to get you moving whilst having fun. 
We partner with 100% Sports & Education Centre, an alternative provision based in the London Brough of Barking and Dagenham. We delivery personal training sessions to young people with a keen interest in sport who are unable to access mainstream schools for a range of reasons.
